Yeah, when I tried adding it, it claimed the key was invalid.
I had subsequently blacklisted that member.

That's a sucky one. Hopefully he typed in the key incorrectly instead of copy and pasting.

I've been lucky so far. Twice though it took a very long time to receive the game but I did receive them eventually.
