i just want to have all my previous giveways closed and handled before creating new ones now i cant cause im still waiting on him.

It's happened to me before too unfortunately. I hope he marks it as received soon. I hate to say this but maybe blacklist people who do that if it bothers you. Eh like I blacklist people who don't say thanks when I give them the game.
