All good, for some reason Steamgifts can't pick up what Tropico I own, so I'm never sure if I actually has the collectors or not.

It's the Firefox app that joins these ones. I normally just go to the wishlist ones and press the auto enroll button. ^^ these games are those featured ones with the 1000 keys givaways etc.

Mottamort has got a point though. if you don't activate the games then it'll show as not activated in your account. At some point you will be banned for that. it's against the site rules.

Yup, there are some loopholes though, but they don't take criticism on bugs at all. My Tropico 4 DLC, XCOM DLC and Kung-fu strike Master Level DLC always shows up on steamgifts even though I have Tropico 4 collectors, all the Enemy Unknown DLC and for Kung-Fu Strike I can enter the Master Level DLC giveaways. I have synced and whatnot. Telling the admins that there are bugs leads to nothing.

So you may or may not get a ban, but rather err on the side of caution. If you've won something activate it or face the possibility of a ban at some point in the future.
 
I got a 5 day ban last year for winning a game combo that didn't include all the items listed. Tried to appeal but no response from them. Luckily it was only a temp ban.

I'll just make time to untick those entries after auto enrolling my wishlist daily.

ARGH I created a giveaway for Call of Duty: Black Ops III - Multiplayer Starter pack and specifically said that people from specific countries can't enter because it won't activate for them.

Know who wins? Someone from one of those countries. Now I have to hope my request for a reroll gets accepted or I won't have a clean record anymore. :( Stupid asshole.

Sadly the terms for region specific stuff asks that you either list it officially as region specific, or (in our case) if its not available yet, not to post it at this time...you may well get marked down for that :/
