Normally, you can use this site:

but that seems to be down at the moment

Otherwise, when you initially sign on to steam gifts, it will calculate it for you and show you there.

Have you made your Steam account public? You have to make your account public for Steamgifts to be able to access your info. You can change these settings in your Steam profile. Check the Steam FAQ for info (or just google it).
