my GA's ended at 8, but SteamGifts cannot give me a winner... aparently it will take a few more minutes. i can, however, confirm the winner of Europa Universalis III thanks to there being only one entry...

I have probably already asked this question or someone else already did.

Is it possible to add a game to your inventory if you have it's Steam code instead of activating it to your account?

Nope, no can do. Only games bought via Steam has an option to go into inventory or library, Any game bought outside of Steam can only go into your library.
