Isn't Saints Row 2 a terrible PC port? I've heard way to many bad thing about it not working on PC's properly that I'm sceptical to join the GA. Nice one though Wlad!!

Wow, want to know something funny? I forgot I owned SR2 until you asked that question. :wtf:

Yes it's a terrible port.

On Windows 7 and 8 yes, there is a patch to fix some of the problems like the speed running and so on. Can give the winner the link if they need it.

Yeah thanks guys. With that then I'll just stick to SR3.

Eugene, with the magniflorious games library you have, I can't really blame you
 
Yeah the SR2 port is quite bad, but it is playable at least. Also, the patch AlphaJohn mentioned does make a difference and there is a pretty cool community modpack as well which improves/adds a lot of things to the game. If you can look past all it's flaws the game is still insanely fun, especially activities like Septic Avenger and Crowd Control.

The driving/vehicle handling is horrendous - like a box on skates...

At least on foot, it's playable with a controller.

@Eugene : Perhaps you could add a note on that explanation post of yours with the details on the link post ?
 
Think I will do it better this time round

Have a C&C Red Alert Uprising Steam key that humble says I never used, 1st PM gets it.
