FFS where is the giveaway guys come on keep to the topic here.

I won max payne 2 at a point but I don't think I will have time for it if the person I won it from would like to take it back and rather give it up for another give away that would be great if you could contact me.

If you won it via Steam gifts and the gift has already been marked as received then you have to add it to your library. That's the reason why dampi was banned from Steamgifts. Just a heads up.
