It does work dude, i used to play on MTN uncapped 3G, average ping of about 500-600 to eu servers, get used to it very quickly

But mtn is known for high latency on 3G

I had to play WoW on 8.ta EDGE wasn't all that bad though(most days)

Quick Q: will steam work with Cellc/8.ta Edge/3G

Yes, I use both CellC and 8ta 3g with gaming. There are times when it's not perfect but overall I'm happy. Will be even happier when LTE is launched with the two cheaper networks.

I play Diablo III and Mass Effect 3 online without any problems and Steam is working just fine.

Just got the THQ franchise pack. So I've been getting my DoW II Retribution Last Stand on.

Been playing as the Chaos Sorc, very squishy at early lvls though. Getting a lot more fun now that I'm lvl 14.
