MyGaming suggestion box

You just want us to post pretty pictures for you don't you ;)

Also for the console/hardware thing.

dude you so know it lol... but its just the pics i post up i gotta becareful of because yes they are funny but not for young eyes lmao :p

I'm not sure if this has been suggested before, but I'm really not lus to read through 13 pages of suggestions so please forgive me in that case:

Would it be possible to rename the World of Warcraft section to "MMORPG's" and then place the WoW section as a sub-forum of the MMORPG section? WoW is very popular, which is why I understand it has a forum, but there are other MMO's too. Having them all grouped together would be nice.

I totally agree this would be much better.

Hmmm we are currently considering axing the WoW section as it is so dead. This issue with having to many small forums is they become quiet and don't really promote discussion. If a WoW forum cant survive at the moment, then I dont see how many others will do any better

Ye, a MMO section would be a good idea I reckon. There are lots of MMO's out there.
or maybe create sub's for the different / bigger MMO's as subs in the PC Gaming section, since all (most?) MMO's are PC games?

If we create it, it may just bring people here to the forum. I have already seen in MyBB that some guys don't want to come to MyG because there isn't a dedicated GuildWars forum here, for instance.

Having specific places to post might pull other the people into posting because as it is atm it is the same people posting over and over and new guys are very quiet and very few.

...although some young ones do have some colorful language too
*looks at 15-yo Tarvos*

It's not that bad. I mainly use "crap". That doesn't even count. Anyway, I think an adult section would do two things:
1. Inspire fake ages (points at self)
2. Make us look like 4Chan.
It's just kinda crummy on a gaming website, but that's Tinman's call, really.

I recall a few cases where you dropped the F-Bomb (maybe after listening to Mr Bale's audio clip or looking at syco's ava). :D

But anyway, it's ok, I aint your daddy or nuffink, so w/e.

However, I think you are articulate enough to not use it at all, you bring your points across very well without it. Quite often it is used to illustrate or strengthen an opinion / viewpoint, even though it works in the opposite direction sometimes, i.e. a desperation tactic.

Be cool. :)

+I am not for an adult section either, I don't see the point in it.

Ahaha, I looked through my old posts. Damn, you're right ><
Mostly in TK though. Were some other times. Should that really matter at a time like this? When they could be making High School Musical 4?

You see! You did it again, AGAIN with the cursing! I mean really... and you eat with that mouth?!

*goes off looking for the soap*

:D

Who's "they" anyway?

I'm having an issue where threads with new posts aren't highlighted in bold, so it always looks like no one posted anything new in a thread. Only a few work, but most don't change.

Can't say I have had that happen yet.
I have had it happen that the threads stay highlighted after reading them, but it is to do with my browser sessions mostly.
I browse here using FF mostly.

What browser are you using, Isengard-san?

I use firefox, it's version 3.0.4. I don't think its the browser. Or maybe it is. I'll try opera later.

I suggest anyone avoiding the 10 character limit by pasting the 10 character limit get kicked in the panty.

I think that under the right circumstances it can be pretty funny. There are always exceptions to the rule. But I will agree that people that do so to post something unfunny, dumb, trollish, etc. must get kicked in the panty.
