I'll investigate and ask about it. We tend to avoid installing plugins because of potential issues they introduce when upgrading the forums.
 
Looks as though a thread gets created for every 'article' that makes it's way onto the site. The forum thread links to the page (article) but not vice versa, or am I mistaken?

There is a link at the bottom of every article which directs you to the forum thread. It is blue and black and, well, it is just blue and black - and says Forum Discussion.
 
@Admins/Mods: Can we do something about these prize claim rules. e.g. Two people failed to claim here (see below).

And I know from experience that its very very easy to miss (No PM etc). Last time I won I would have missed it except someone PM'd me a "High five" and respond "High five what?"..."oh didn't you see...you won".

Maybe they changed the no PM part but the whole thing is a bit meh. Plus it looks unnecessarily publicly sad - both for mygaming & sponsor. If someone really doesn't claim...so be it but this seems like an avoidable problem. Plus I know most people have "receive email notifications from admins ticked".

Heyo~

Since the signature has a text and picture limit, would it be possible to make use of more than one signature? Provided it is placed within spoiler tags simply to keep the post sizes minimal. Although I have tried this it simply tells me that I have too many characters in my signature and I therefore must adjust it.
 
To the Grand Poobah, successor of The Overlord, who was successor to the Silverback (:D I'm an odd one).

I'd like to know whatever happened to the Mygaming Sunday Evening Cup Series (Dota 2) that was hosted by Polarfluke? Would Mygaming ever consider doing something like that again in the near future? What would prompt you guys to consider it?
 
I was trying to do a search on the site using both the site and google search functions. Each worked with results, but the results were so scattered displaying stuff from 2013-2014 and even 2012.

My question is this, is it not possible to have the search return results from latest to oldest?
 
Is it possible to make the "Ignore" function a bit better? I mean, I can still see that there are posts by the person I'm ignoring and see that the last post in a thread on the front page is by an ignored person.

Isn't there perhaps a "Super Ignore" where it will be like the idiot doesn't exist and I don't have to see its name anywhere?

As a programmer I can think that it's easily implementable but I don't know if the forum already comes with something like that.
 
Just to let ya'll know that I have been reading this thread and will try to respond to all the suggestions.

I'll look into it, but as I understand it vBulletin has built the functionality so you won't see an ignored person's posts and threads, but a link is provided so you can view them if you choose to do so.

There is a user-side Greasemonkey workaround if you want to give that a go:

 
Is there any chance of getting more private message space?

I tend to clean my private messages every now and then but there are quite a few that I'd like to keep. So I'll get an email that someone tried to pm me but my inbox was full.
