For the comps that is hosted like the digital cup etc, why not have one guy spectating running fraps or something so we can get to see the video or the match or something?

Post counts has, and will always be a contentious issue on many forums.

I vote to reset post count every month...

People with higher post counts are generally regarded as more knowledgeable, since they've been on or are more active on the forums.

If a new person had to ask any of the +1000 post count members, we'd (collectively) assist them (as opposed to someone who rarely visits the forum and has 100 posts)

On the flip side, some use them as an epeen measure.

PS The Bitfarm thread on MyBB is an example of this...members of Bitfarm (who can give invites out) will not give a guy with 5posts an invite
