Truly an incredible competition.
Item: iPad 2
There are just too many reasons for why I'd like an iPad 2. I've always been a fan of gadgets which is what makes it so incredibly attractive to begin with, but what completely reels me in is the various possibilities that an iPad 2 will hold. I've always wanted an iPad - but I never even considered it because of the costs. I write a lot, and instead of being forced into my chair I can now do all this even when I travel, which I do quite a lot and I'll only do it more next year. Furthermore, I cannot even begin to describe how this will help with my studies. If you take some time, the iPad 2 completely removes the need for all those messy notes that I tend to gather like firewood before Winter. I also read a helluva lot, and while I do appreciate the traditional form of books - and collecting them is somewhat of a hobby of mine - e-reading is just so much more practical. And the iPad 2 looks beautiful.

The prize i am interested in is the Nvidia GTX 570 Phantom Edition graphics card
Why?: Being an avid PC gamer a owning decent graphics card is very important. I am a hardcore WoW player and a card like this would greatly increase my computers performance during 25 man raids. I also would love to play newer games like Crysis 2 and such and maximum settings, to get the full experience the game has to offer, and then share my views and opinions on this forum!

The 360 was my preferred console right from the start, and with Sony's recent predicaments... PS3 < 360 FTW!
Having upgraded my gfx card about 2 months ago would seem like a waist to enter for the GTX 570, although I do think it is one beast of a gfx card.
And I have no interest in the iPad 2.

Xbox 360 250 GB console bundle
I always wanted a Xbox 360. It will be great for entertainment next year when I am studying. It takes little space, which is good because I will be staying in a flat, and I can hook it up to my monitor for endless hours of entertainment.
Especially with the Kinect and full stereoscopic 3D on the way, there is no better time to own a Xbox 360.

Hi my name is Alan and I have been a close minded fool the last few years. I have been guilty of prejudice against my fellow console gamers hurling abuse and vitriol at them at every opportunity. But I have a confession to make, I have a skeleton I can no longer hide in my closet. I want a PS3!!! There I have said it. The reason that I would like this graphics card is for the simple fact that the 570 is one of of only 4 gaming cards that supports GPU acceleration in Adobe Premiere pro 5.5 - the software that I use daily to edit videos. Without it, editing in HD will be impossible. I can opt for the nvidia quadro range, but will lose the ability to play the latest games. I would ideally like my pc to be both a professional and gaming rig.

My phat ps3 did ylod a few months ago and i would really like to get back into multiplatform gaming. That way I can have the best of both again and hopefully my faith in PSN will be restored again.

After contemplating whether the iPad 2 or PS3 is in dire need, I decided on the PS3.
I have an iPhone 4, decent PC, and a X360.
I don't have a Blu-Ray player, some EPIC exclusives and probably the best system dash of them all.
Also, I'm pretty sure my epeen will be of size to be accepted in the gadget club once I have the final piece of my gaming armory.

I m undecided between the Nvida card and the IPAD, but i think i would lean towards the graphics card as I need a new PC before BF3 comes out

Just recently moved and left the XBOX 360 with my brother. I don't have the xtra cash to buy an XBOX 360 for myself, because i have to buy food to Survive!
