MyGaming's most epic competition ever

iPad 2 for me as well - had a PS3 and Xbox360, and sold the desktop for a laptop, so iPad is the only missing link in my gadget collection!

What would be cooler than an iPad2? An iPad3 on launch day! Dual core cpu, Retina display and more RAM and storage! And hopefully better cameras!
 
I guess this will be my second entry.

I would kill for an I-Pad 2, but since it's sin & a crime I'll just have to hope I win this comp.

I was thinking of the PS3, but I would prefer the Ipad2.

I see the many uses of it especially at work, so here's crossing fingers :)
 
Nvidia GTX 570 Phantom Edition graphics card

Currently using : NVIDIA Geforce 8600 GT

Reason : I last updated my pc for Rage 2007, when we were entered into agasa, and made it through the internet "auditions".
Since then, I simply maintained my property very well, so that it would last me this long. At that time, it was amazing that I could play DotA on highest graphics settings! After a while though, games started out performing my poor li'l card, and I gradually had to start lowering my graphics, and resolutions. Unfortunately, it's nearing its end, as I can't play Brink one lowest settings, with the lowest resolution without having a screen tear every time I shoot.. After nearly 4 years of absolutely devastating performance, I have to upgrade.

I have already drawn up a budget, but due to a small shortage of immediate funds, I'm either going to have to wait till next year, or give up another important part of my next half-a-millenium killer-machine. I originally drafted for
Asus nVidia GeForce Graphics Card GTX460 - 768MB 192bit GDDR5 - PCI-E, which will roughly cost me R2k.

If you are, miraculously, willing to make a gamers dream true by donating the GTX 570, I will be able to spend my money in a fashionable manner, and will once again be able to play New Age Games on Highest Graphics. Help a friend in need out?

Nvidia > ATI.
 
I'll have my second installation to this comp, again up for anything available and again my reason is the same as before the whole world will hear bout it and I'll promote mygaming and the product like there is no tomorrow. A BossMyGaming MASCOT :P
 
Hmm, do we get to ask for a second gift this time? :D

if it is, then my second choice would be PS3. To summarise: PC gaming wins, PS3 is ok, xbox is less ok, cartridge-load gaming was not winning much.
 
Here's my second entry. Still for the GeForce, 'cause I'm long overdue for a PC upgrade and the GeForce will take a nice big bite out of my upgrade costs.

I'd like an iPad2, please. I'd just like to see whether it can change my position about Apple products being pretty and half-decent at some things, but only by reducing the functionality

The graphics card hands down. My rig is running on Noah's graphics card (over statement) and I could use with some extra graphic processing... as im working with photo and CAD editing software. AND have you seen this thing... does it come with flight lessons cos it looks as though your PC will be taking off :)
 
Been building my PC for awhile now, and the Nvidia GTX 570 Phantom Edition graphics card would be a nice addition, as I currently am running a 9600GT on a i5 processor.

hi i would like the Nvidia GTX 570 Phantom Edition graphics card as i am quite the pc gamer i have never ever liked the consoles as i be-leave that pc's are the best by far. and i don't feel comfortable with the consoles and there is so much more i can do with my pc So the Nvidia GTX 570 Phantom Edition graphics card is the one for me thank you.
