I don't think they will. Apparently they did comply all the necessary safety requirements and more; this seems to have been a freak accident.
 
Considering all the crazy stuff they've done, I suppose this was bound to happen sometime... This is actually great considering this is probably the first time they've made the news since they've started x years ago?

At least nobody got hurt. Interesting news feed.....there seems ti be lots of foreigners in USA, the minivan owner doesn't sound to be American? And the first guy interviewed was chinese, I don't know this caught my attention!lol! Hope they learnt their lesson though.....CANNONS ARE DANGEROUS NO MATTER WHAT YOU PUT IN THEM!
