Napping is actually quite a technical thing. Not just all about closing you eyes and "sleeping", you have to watch what you consume and time your nap even
Here are some tips to the perfect nap!
Naps should be 20 minutes or 90 minutes, and nothing in between.
Have caffeine right before you take a nap.
Surround yourself with a consistent noise level.
Target the afternoon slump.
It's okay if you don't actually fall asleep.

Make your nap environment smell great.
