National wills week

Hi all

Next week is National Wills Week. 7 - 11 October 2013.

Essentially its a non-profit project intended to get people to set up a will. Professional lawyers volunteer their time free of charge to help people set up their will - no strings attached (Within reason - nothing crazy complicated in terms of wills

).

Now I know some of the younger crowd might feel that you don't own enough "stuff" to justify the hassle, but its worth it regardless. Having a legal document that sets the record straight could spare your loved ones much grief. Plus who knows...perhaps in a couple of years you might own millions.

Just make you bro/sis as the curator of your estate, prevents you paying some other guy 3.5% of your estate. They can in turn find a suitable curator when you die, but I'm gonna pass for now, it's all going to my parents for now.
