Blackhand good to hear(that your not going with the absolute min) , as for the post maybe ram's that the problem or a faulty start switch, try switching the system on with the connectors using a screw driver(key).

Can't think of anything else it could be atm.

I did most of the common things. Switch RAM stick around and try different combinations, remove battery and jumper reset the bios, try different PSUs, & CPU's etc. Annoying, since once the the BIOS has posted, everything works perfectly, it just seems to take anywhere between 10 and 30 powerups and powerdowns to get it post correctly.

Anyway, slowly derailing the thread here. I'm going to try get warranty on it.
