Need an RPG!!

hey guys

i've been suffering :cry:
i need an rpg... i have played diablo2 to death, also dungeon siege 2.

i'm trying out darkspore at the moment, its not bad if you have a fast internet connection... but it is just not as addictive as d2 was... we had a d2 lan over easter for old times sake, but the problem was that the graphics are now totally dated... and because we'd played and finished the game so many times, it was kind of well... been there done that.

anyone able to recommend a good rpg that's similar to d2 or dungeon siege 2?

would prefer something multiplayer (lan)
 
Although it is a bit aged, you can definitely give Titan Quest a go. It also has multiplayer Co-OP (LAN / Internet).

I bought myself a copy of it for R59.00 from Musica on Friday.
 
I agree with Voicy, if you are looking for an action RPG then Titan Quest is the way to go. Some people also liked Sacred 1 & 2. I'm a fan of Torchlight but it won't last you very long.
 
If you want a real RPG get The Witcher 2. :D If you want an action RPG go for Titan Quest or the first Sacred.

Well Dungeon Siege 3 is around the corner. Having played preview code, I'd say it's probably just what the doctor ordered for you :)
 
D&D Daggerdale sounds right up your alley my friend.

You can always just wait for Dungeon Siege 3 you know...releasing in June.


but if you want something right now, what about Torchlight?

What was so great about The Witcher 2 btw? I played it but I didn't really enjoy it that much (ofc I didn't manage to get too far into it which was probably the problem as I just didn't feel that motivated to do so)
I'm not saying its a bad game, just want to hear what made it so great : /
