Need help buying this rig....

Now in a few days I get to buy the first parts to my rig, but I need to no if it is all compatible...
Heres a list with a link to the product:
Motherboard: Asus 1156 Maximus III Gene S/L M-ATX
Chassis: Coolermaster HAF 922 Mid Tower Chassis
Power supply: Atrix 720W Black 12Cm Silent Dual 12V Rail Atx Power Supply
RAM: Corsair Dominator GT 4GB 1066MHz C5 DDR2 with Airflow Fan
Graphics card: GIAGBYTE RADEON HD 5770 1GB 128BIT GDDR5 FAN DVI/HDMI/VGA PCI EXPRESS GRAPHICS CARD
Processor: Intel i5-750
Hard drives: undecided
Capture card: Intensity Pro
 
Yes there is a problem with your ram it has to be DDR3 other wise it will not fit in to DDR 3 slots on the motherboard.
 
HAF 922 is a brilliant choice for a case. Also, you could get a lower wattage PSU for a 5770. I remember getting picked apart by the my-broadband forummites for wanting a psu that well exceeded my actual needs (unless ofcoarse you're planning on sli/crossfire, or overclocking)

Now see... a PSU is a tricky thing to choose, because it's one of the few areas (likewise with a chassis) where a certain amount of future redundancy should be inbuilt - I.e. if you buy right the first time you will be set for any conceivable future upgrades. BUT i'm not sure of the value that this particular PSU offers you - it says 720w but it's priced a bit too cheaply. You may want to get a better brand - I can't even find any reviews of this thing. A Corsair/Antec 600w should be plenty adequate.
