Needing Help with Cisco VPN Client installation

Hey PP

If anyone can help me with this problem I would be greatful....

I have a lady at one of our stores who is trying to run the Cisco VPN Version 5.0.02 Client setup but it runs the cmd script and then just stops and doesnt even attempt to run the installation program itself.... I have tried almost everything from running it from cmd to extracting before running the self extraction-installation.....

Please can someone help me with this...

Damn well if you come across anything pls would u let me kno coz Ive never seen this before and dont quite understand why it does that.... and especially I get no errors and only installs a portion of the VPN client....
