Former president Nelson Mandela was "sitting up and looking around", The New Age reported on Thursday.

His grandson, Mbuso Mandela, said Mandela spent time with his children and grandchildren on Heritage Day.

"I just saw him again yesterday [Wednesday] at lunch. He is doing very well," the grandson told the daily.

"He is sitting up and looking around. We are keeping him company."

Next he will be jumping and singing, where is the pictures or videos to prove it?

I still believe he is still on life support, since no old person his age that I know of can come out of a critical life threatening condition unless he is superman.
 
Prediction: To pass away close to elections to ensure guilt vote.

Opinion: Poor man has already passed away and is being kept alive unnaturally.

I didn't mean it in a disrespectful way.Just reminds me of the way my gran was and it is not nice at all too see them like that but obviously it would be nice if he actually recovers.

The last I heard about the guy he was in a coma. He's been gone for a while and I know this because in the medical field people talk, nothing is a secret when it comes to things of this magnitude.
 
Yeah I'm going to go ahead and call bullshit on all of this. What the ANC is doing is pretty despicable.

Ya, it's pretty sick. And the best part of it all is that they are getting away with it. These idiots do nothing but leave everyone with a sour taste in their mouths. Daily.

African politics dude. Anyone who thinks we live in a democracy where the ruling party will hand over the reigns on a silver platter when they're outvoted is a damned fool.

I know that dude. The situation in SA is becoming increasingly dire for the hard working folks that are just trying to raise a peaceful, democratic and fair country. It seems that soon all hope will be lost.

I know the media reports on a lot of BS as well, but if you put together the pieces, it paints an overall picture of increasing corruption and overthrow of this country as a multicultured haven. I'm sorry to say, but all these so called politicians have nothing else in mind but to take everything for themselves and throw out and kill everyone else that "doesn't belong here", mostly focusses on the whites because they love us oh so much.

Worst part is, you look at a developed nation such as the USA and just see what a cesspit their politics is in as well and you realise we have a snowball's chance in hell to get something right.

Exactly! Mostly the world's governments are all in disarray. Nowhere is safe, nor peaceful. Just humanity going back to their roots of f*****g each other up and over, until we wipe out a few nations again and start the cycle again. Sigh.... Not a single day goes by that I'm not pondering over these things.. Will there ever be justice in this damned world..
 
Justice is a farce. life, by nature, is not fair. Bad people get away with bad things and not all of them will ever be brought to book. I just really hope that the wrong people get pissed off with this eToll circus & then hit back hard.

Guess all we can do is leave it up to vigilante justice then. Lol. This country is such a lawless circus, actually.
 
You can say that again. I caught a guy stealing our car @ 2am one night. Phoned the cops to take him away. It took 3 years of going to court before they tried and sentenced the dick. 3 years ... for a clear cut MV theft.

Next time I won't be calling the cops.

Whilst I have nothing but admiration and the best wishes for Madiba, I have no reason to trust "The New Age", which is also known as the mouth piece of the ANC. Right now I am going say I hope the legend is not being messed around ... but think that Blind Faith is possibly closest to the truth. Nothing will make me trust anything the ANC says, unless I can touch it with my own hands or see it with my own eyes.
