The RDP houses built by the government are worse than apartheid houses because they collapse, Economic Freedom Fighters leader Julius Malema said on Sunday in Daveyton.

"When you were fighting, you said you didn't want matchbox houses. They give you worse than that," Malema said.

Scariest part is there are people that believe every word he says. I'll take ANC running the country for eternity rather than let him get into power.

It's so unfortunate man. It's the people are uneducated that he preys upon. The promises that spew out of his mouth are like nectar to these people. Why even bother going to school, and working when your party will organize your housing, and electrical for you? Oh, and you might even score a farm in the interim.

Maybe if politicians got a less exorbitant salary and someone actually monitored what they used OUR money for, we wouldn't have all this corruption and all these clearly unfit to lead people trying so hard to get into power. Most of them probably only do it because of the benefits.

Malema is far smarter than people give him credit for. not academically smart, but "people smart". he is a supreme manipulator. and alas, the masses love his rhetoric, without realizing that its a load of hot air. in the same way that the miners have been duped my AMCU into thinking they are going to get R12,500 pm, Malema is happy to tell the people whatever they want to hear, in order to get votes.
