New fraud-proof Matric certificates

Matric certificates will be printed on a new paper to prevent fraud and counterfeiting, Umalusi said on Wednesday.

The 2012 National Senior Certificates would be issued with the new features, Council for Quality Assurance in General and Further Education and Training spokesman Lucky Ditaunyane said.

It's no longer fraud proof if Mr/Mrs "I'm so underpaid for what I do" whom is also a disgruntled employee will just sell a couple hundred pages to people for the right price.
