New monitor which one to choose?

Good day fellow gamers

I'm want to get a new monitor for my pc/xbox/ps3(which I'll be getting within the next 2 weeks).

I'm thinking of getting one of the following two:

What do you guys think?
My budget is about R3500 can I get a better monitor for this price range?

There's is NO competition here. The Samsung P2770H kills the Acer monitor in terms of Value for money, image quality and size. The only thing that Acer monitor has going for it is 3D, which (in my first hand experience) is not something you should be worried about now at all.

Forget about that Acer monitor and get yourself the Samsung P2770H - you won't be sorry.

(P.S I had the same Acer monitor next to my Samsung T260 - the image quality and the color reproduction on the Acer is HORRIBLE when compared to the Samsung).
