New PC time

Things are looking good for me to consider getting a new PC. I'm going to be doing it properly this time around and wait for relevant feedback. Not really in that much of a rush to get it, mainly because I have to bribe someone to come down and help me put it together, lol :D

Anyway, lots of feedback most welcome ..... hopefully [MENTION=21]The Joker[/MENTION] gets a bit of time to also throw out some of his knowledge. Here is the list that I'm starting with, have at it:

Trying to stick around the R30000 - R35000 mark if I can.

I would definitely get a mechanical keyboard. Once you've used one, you'll never be able to go back to membrane.

Never thought that was true... til i got my CM Storm Quickfire TK Blue switches... and he is right.... it is true!
 
You sure you happy with a 23" monitor for that kind of setup? if you going balls out you may as well go 27" :D

Cherry Red iirc ..... really put me off they did

I got myself a keyboard with MX browns and am happy with them, although if you're happy with your other keyboard there's no need to swap over.
 
It does take getting some used to yeah. The noise might be due to the certain type of switches. Black switches make almost no noise at all
