New PSN terms of service agreement signs away your rights to sue Sony

That is laughable!

Don't install any open source on our hardware we will sue you but now we can do what we want and you can't sue us.

Where is this world going to?

Not, it will not hold in court. Ever. Never. Nowhere.

A contract or agreement cannot ever override the basic premises of the law.
In the same way that you cannot sign an agreement that gives someone permission to kill you etc. Murder is still illegal and the contract clause would be void (obvious exception if there is some insane country out there that allows that sort of thing by law).
 
P***ing against the wind FTW? I'm sure this is going to backfire in their faces XD. They are probably looking for people to approach them. Can't get enough abuse from the public it seems :p
