I don't know so much about SLI and crossfire setups. The performance gain for twice the price isn't justified to me. It's not like you get twice the performance. SO why not rather buy one bigass card rather?
it seems that different reviews are revealing different results in the "GTX460 vs HD5850" battle. i'm reconsidering my position on the HD5850 as my card of choice! maybe if i post my current specs (cpu etc.) then you guys can help me come to a decision.
do you think that PCI-e 16x might become a limiting factor eventually?
because in this case 2 cards worked out cheaper than one big ass card and ruin the one big ass card in most games.
