New Two and a Half Men intro with Ashton Kutcher

i havent been following the series other than the odd show on SABC. Which seasons stand out as being better than the rest? I might try do a catch up before i watch the new season with Ashton :)
 
:( I'ma gonna miss Charlie. This was my favourite series. I will give it a try... Hell, I'll probably watch every episode. But I'm not sure I will like it :/
 
How many series survive this kind of change? Based on what I've seen in the past it usually doesn't work. The one place where it's overlooked is soap operas, but there they keep the same characters and regularly put in new actors.
 
i thought the 1st episode was ok... will wait a few episodes before passing judgment here... although Ashuton reminds me so much of Michael in That 70's show....
 
I was disappointed in the first two episodes. Ashton's good guy doesn't make for such great comedy compared to Charlie Sheen's bad boy image. And the kid was virtually nonexistant.
 
Watched the first episode; I don't think I really laughed once. The magic is gone :(

Hopefully following episodes pick up a bit or else I'm giving up on this series.
 
Instead of trying to drag this thing back from the dead they should go come up with something new. Undoubtedly they'll instead do what US producers like to do and that's beat the horse until it's a putrid rotting corpse.
 
I watched the first couple of episodes and must admit, It isn't that bad. Possibley a little more childish than before and a little less dry/witty but it is still there. The writers are still the same. Just delivery is different. Not preferable. but not too bad.
