Haha, yip, and they probably just built a new case and turned the internals sideways - who knows they probably had a couple thousand laying around from an old design concept and decided to try and sell them...

And they removed all the GameCube support. "Here, take it! It can do LESS, and we want your money!"

Just doing the same as the other Guys, "slim PS2" - removed the "hard disk support" , then the PS3 removing the Backward compatibilaty to decrease manufacturing costs ... etc

This is just nintendo doing what they do best, they can't make a proper gaming console but they're marketing is excellent, probably twice as good as ms and sony combined.
