New Xbox Dashboard Release in November?

According to an internal email from PayPal, gathered by Kotaku, Microsoft is prepping to launch the new Xbox Dashboard on November 15, ten years to the day the original Xbox launched in the US. The mail asked employees at PayPal to try out the payment system, which was already included as a new way to pay on 360 in May, on the console before the new dashboard’s launch.

Yeah, in my opinion it looks better than the current dashboard. Not too far off either, month and a half.

I've always believed that the current dashboard is a step backwards from the previous one from a design point of view. This is much better, well if this turns out to be true.
