Newbie Question Thread.

Depends on what you are using it for, Voicy.

If you are just using it to listen to MP3's, it's fine...

What else could you possibly be using it for?

MP3s = Winamp
Any possible Video = VLC

I _HATE_ giant UI's on an application. The bulkiness that is WMP makes me want to kick some snotty Java developer inna panty :mad:

I use it for identifying the "Unknown Artist - Track 1" type songs...and get the Album Art of said tracks...

I know what you mean! Gui-heavy apps, like camera, printer and scanner software drives me insane!

I have a question... where the frell are all the N00bs? We've got most of the TK crew in here but hardly any n00bs.

Here I am, how the heck do I multi quote? I know there is the button but pressing it is as far as I am getting.

Hi Valor.

Next ro the Quote button, there is a +" button that turns into a -" button when you click on it. If it is -" then it will be included when you click on the next Quote button...does that even make sense!? :eek:

No, that doesn't. That's why if you try to quote many parts of a post, and want to link back to the original post, just press quote, select and copy from the "=" to the "]" part.

Then select the text you want to quote, and press the little button that looks like a speech bubble. You will see quote tags. Inser what you just copied between the "e" and the "]" and you shpuld be ready to go!
