Excuse my cynicism for one moment... But if you send me 200 of those little cardboard bricks, I would totally set em up as a decor piece in my office!
 
They look like Mario bricks. I'd hang them all along the hallways at the Nintendo head office and insist that all employees jump up and punch them while making the Mario coin noise.

And their point is what? This does not concern me much, as I am not prepared to tamper with it...and I have no issue with them using my user generated content either. Cool bricks though...
 
Pff basically every company does this these days, whether or not it's as transparent as Nintendo is in its terms of service or does it discreetly..
 
I think this is uncalled for. Every company needs to have their T&Cs. If you disagree, than don't buy it.
