999 is a lot like Phoenix Wright & I suspect Professor Layton, except that I actually had to do some lateral thinking in the opening minutes of 999.

Mmm not sure, think it might be just after that? 6 or 7.... Just started up the game again and played a level on 5.... felt easy enough so doubt its 5. Though I think I had issues mostly with sky type of stages.

ALSO Checked the review for Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward.... woweeeee 9.5/10. Now I really need to get 999... they praise 999 then they say Zero Escape is even better! Quote from IGN.com "999 was incredible. Virtue's Last Reward is even better. Get into this series – now"

I heard that playing 999 could be the difference between Virtue's Last Reward bring just good or ZOMG Mind blowing. Think after finishing my current case in Phoenix Wright (3 of 5) I might focus on 999 for a bit.

The first puzzle of that game made me feel like a total dumbass. WTF was the logic behind that puzzle?? Eventually figured it out.
 
Any new games for the Nintendo 3DS I can look forward to?
Additionally I would like to know if anyone has played Metal Gear Solid-Snake Eater 3DS and the Playstation 2 version as I'm curious if the 3DS version has any additional gameplay/changes on offer.

Got my 3ds xl today and noticed a watermark on the top screen and finger prints (like it was a used one which was returned) :D so demanding another 3ds xl from Reggies tommorow

Got it for R2200
 
Seeing this thread reminded me i have I 3DS :( need to start playing on it again... My friends list looks kinda empty aswell

Guess I need to update to a 3dsxl then :D

Do it you will be amazed how huge the screen is and how it dwarfes the other one in size :D

Its a shame reggies (where I bought my 3DS) or Btgames doent have a trade-in special :(. It be seen as an act of recycling + save people money aswell :D

The best you can do is try sell it on bidorbuy and make your money back to buy the new one or ebay
