Yeah, it doesn't make sense at all. I was going to say that they were just bullying the little guy, but they did the same thing to Microsoft and managed to get them to change SkyDrive to OneDrive, so it's not that. Maybe BSkyB are actually planning a space sim game. And a cloud file storage service too?

You know I think they are just scared to lose their SEO dominance. They probably have a guy in the PR department who's only job is to sit and google the word "sky" all day and soon as something other than sky tv or one of it's affiliates comes up on the first page results he reports it to the legal team

His job is safe, then! :D This is such a stupid thing on SKy's part, really. Hope it gets thrown out of court. With costs. And prejudice, whatever that means.

Also, Monster cable went after a clothing shop, Monster Vintage.

Good thing there isn't any corporation called murfle. Maybe I should trademark it, just to be safe.

You better I should of with mine in the early days of 3Dfx/Voodoo graphic card I gamed as Gforce and then this new company Nvidia came out with a whole new range of cards and now everyone thinks the card preceded me.
