No more user name changes

Just want to let you all know that we will no longer be changing user names. We have done so 3 times in the past, and it seems that more users are asking.

Unfortunatly, we can't allow this continue as it makes things confusing for everyone else.

The users that have had their names changed have their old usernames indicated in their status.

You have >2000 posts. That means you can change your custom user title to "The Mappy formerly known as Tinman2".
