Good day guys.
A friend of mine from campus is having a serious problem.
He says he "was trying to update his (Nokia N96) software using the Nokia Software Updater.
Unfortunately for him, the update to his phone kept failing and for some reason the phone refuses to turn on properly. Now he sits without a phone 'cause his phone's screen won't turn on properly".
He says, and I've seen;
-Push POWER BUTTON
-Screen turns on (Bright white)
-Screen stays on (Dull white)
-Screen/Phone switches off
Anyone know a fix for this, or how he can flash his phone without needing to turn it on?
He's tried hard formatting, but to no avail...
He's a good buddy of mine, and I feel bad for the guy... Please help!
