Nyan Cat, Keyboard Cat creators sue Scribblenauts dev

Seriously? Suing for using memes in games?

If it's really that offensive to these creators, why not just send WB a cease and desist letter first and then sue if they don't remove the characters? This is just yet another money-grub from people who noticed they can make money by suing.
