Obama gets Witcher 2 Collector's Edition, diplomatic present

I already posted this in the witcher 2 thread, so woohoo I win lol.
I find it funny that they gave him a pc game. I saw in yesterday's Argus that he was in Ireland as well drinking a guiness beer at some pub there. Must be an alcoholic gamer to have a beer and get a game :P
I wonder how many other people CD Project would be giving autographed copies to or is it just for real special circumstances.
 
Free advertising, giving stuff to "celebs". If the country's prime minister is giving the game such a high profile then it must be good :p Damn, now i really wish i had made that cut-off for week 5 of the Exclusives competition!!

But really, I would like to know his reaction to a game as er.. graphic as Witcher 2. Its for that reason that I doubt he'll admit to playing it.

Hehehe damn I'm not sure what to make of this. Are games really becoming that big? It is one of the few industries that didn't get damaged by our last market collapse. :P So who knows? Maybe one day games will be on everyone's mind.
 
Wow. Quite funny to think that games have made it this far. But I seriously doubt that Obama would ever play the damn thing - although I'd love to imagine him installing the game and taking some time off from political bullshit to play Witcher 2. Just think what it would be like having a gamer president.
