I know. Just the amount of points you need....quick google search indicates around 820000 points to go from 139 to 140. How many from 100 to 140? Waaaaay too much for me to ever get.

I'm almost at 100 then i get the Bugged Bipod knife 
o btw don't use it it gets you banned. Also i have the bow already and already on 89 kills with it just a 111 more to go to get the black dogtags and finish the assignment.

got to level 90 before i realized i had to activate my point multipliers that i unlock in battle packs, over the weekend (when i could play, thanks lizard squad) i leveled from 101 to 112.
Now all i need is 32 more MBT kills and i am done with my phantom assignments.
Untill they figure out how to unlock the bow asignment.

The bow assignment has been figured out already.
-Complete all the phantom assignments
-Find one of the four new Final Stand dogtags
-Equip the phantom camo on your soldier and your gun and equip one of the phantom dogtags
-Find 3 others who have met these criteria as well, but all 4 of you need to be wearing a different phantom dogtag
-Take the elevator down to the phantom room
-Enter the password to gain access to the room and get your bow
-On one of the filing cabinets, there is a note which unlocks the last phantom assignment
That's the bit I needed to know! Tx!
