I agree, sorry, just messing with the "Grrrr".

That is one of the main reasons I love the Battlefield franchise and not the CoD one. When/If a team plays well together, it works. Oh, and people should remember to PTFO and not the stats.

And this is where the difference is between the two modes. Too often join a server and a squad of snipers or engineers. Each side waging scope wars across the map. Just down right annoying.
 
Playing battlefield with a squad is the way its meant to be played, I personally cant go recon and just camp and snipe the whole game. If I play Recon, its kinda aggresive and moving around alot.

Just after the release of BF4, I was playing a game and by chance playing in a squad with a clan. I was invited to join them becuase of the way I played with the squad. They dont play competitively, and I am nowhere near good enough to play comps, but, playing as a squad, going for goals as a squad, thats just awesome. Most times, we win the squad of the team or score high. Not becuase of the kills but mostly becuase we play the goal of the game type and thats fun, really satisfying.

No Rage, I suck at sniping anyway. Got to my recon level playing mostly DMRs and Subs. Only bolt action I leveled out is the OP M98.

I normally take of the glinty high magnification scopes and only use the iron sights, play aggressive recon until I unlock the 4x scopes. I suffer using anything higher than 4x.

aggressive recon is actually a pretty fun way to play, especially with a well placed spawn beacon to get your squad in prime flanking position
 
Donwloading BF4 again, give it another bash and try get back into it in the hopes of enjoying it again, maybe try find some inspiration for BF1.
 
Good luck, last I saw, my BF4 was occupying around 45Gb+ on my SSD. Mweb will *brown* their pants if I have to download it again.

EDIT: Make sure you go "buy" the free DLC on the Origin site. You have to do it everytime you reinstall the game.

I've only played the jungle map once, the night map is interesting with the right loadout I spent the entire round sniping and nobody knew where I was.

Wow entering BF4 at this stage is a little rough, you played BF3?
I was on a server and it was like 90% full of 140lvl players, but don't let me scare you off. It's a lot of fun.

I am psyched for Bf1 but I don't want to do the whole beta thing so I guess I'll join you in some Bf4
