Official Battlefield 4 Thread

Luckily this noob is only level 122 through pure coincidence. Come play on the same maps as I and make lots of points by killing me.

come catch up I am lvl 123. I spent way too long playing this game before I discovered how to use the point booster from my battle backs.

Funny thing is, I have been point boosting from around 1 month into the BF4 launch. My score per minute is super low because I am a slow noob and I normally run headlong into fights.

I couldn't care too much for stats, I play to have fun and socialise. That being said, I'm actually anticipating getting into BF4 again.

That is also why I play BeoTeK. Im sure if I was trying to go l33t, i would have smashed my PC to bits already.

Hi All,

Having issues with BF4 and playing on a newly installed home network (Wirulink) - single router, 2 gaming pc's.

Seems BF4 does not like single gateway IP addresses for two client PC's? One of the PC's keeps getting booted after 10-15mins with error code: You have lost connection to EA etc. I have not had this with 3G before and I don't want to just buy static IP's if is not really necessary --- I have enough other games to occupy my time with.

The interwebz is littered with "fixes" but it seems it is only temporary / work's for now but not tomorrow. Don't have access to the router (routerboard rb951 series) as I have to work through the ISP, which I don't mind.

Any suggestions? :)

Figured there must be another way and my gosh there it was all along. Did a direct ethernet hookup between the machines and shared the internet connection. Voila, it works! :D

Nice, didn't think that would work since both pc's are still using the same external ip, but I guess windows is working some kinda of magic.
Glad you got it sorted.
