Official Battlefield 4 Thread

I had to update my gpu drivers; I thought it was pretty much up to date then I started playing, and I almost cried so slow was the gaming. updated drivers, and now I am playing the single player campaign

I get disconnected after every single round in multiplayer and lose all my points and progress. I have played the whole night and have nothing to show for it.

It is a bug that has occurred since the last server update yesterday. Seems like DICE is working on a fix, so as of now Ranked servers are some what broken.

FML. folded and bought a copy, got it for R200, I knew I had points on the CNA card.

***Edit

I feels like BF3 all over again, Battlelog crashes, or you can join a game. When you do join a game you, have excessive lag if there are more than 50 players, or end up at the end of the match due to insane load times, then of course there are the sound bugs in certain maps and also the fact that whenever I play Siege of Shanhai my PC crashed to looping sound, hit reg is broken and sniping feels like you are shooting people with jelly babies.

Oh well the game is excellent, it is everything I wanted in BF3 but never got, just sucks it is plagued with game breaking bugs.

***Edit 2
I gave Single player a bash, was okay we all know DICE excells in MP. Sadly again buggy as hell, game decided to crash at the end of the Shanghai level (I am seeing a patern here) and I lost all my progression.

Im not bashing the game, it is GOTY in my eyes but DICE should have worked on the bugs a bit more before launch, or EA pushed for a launch to get a foothold on Activision, before Ghosts launched.

had a few multi player crashes, I reckon 3 out of the 11 rounds I have played...

..single player has had 2.

ps
Either I am getting better at gaming, or single player campaign is pretty short as I have played roughly 5-6hrs, and I am pretty much 3/4 through the game (yes I know most of you would have finished the game in the time I have played, but I normally suck)

Seems like the guys with Nvidia setups are crashing a lot more than AMD.
I've only had 3 crashes from about 20 games, where as a couple of mates running 680's and 780's have had 8-9 crashes from the same amount of games. Nvidia needs to drop a new driver asap and Dice needs to pull its finger out its ass as well, quite a few game breaking bugs.

I fixed my single player crashing by bringing my CPU overclock down to 4.2 from 4.5 and my GPU clocks to stock. Running 670's in SLi.

LOL, exactly how I feel... played a bit this weekend and are already tired of the game, feels to much like BF3 to be honest. The bugs in the game is also very irritating. Crashing from servers, unlocks resetting, getting stuck on invisible objects, movement keys stops working ect

As for Single Player, I really like it so far... very well done and keeps you in the action

I don't think this will get GOTY though...

Mines crashing pretty frequently and I have an AMD setup. Not complaining, I'm sure it will improve as they roll out updates. This release seems to be similar to the release of BF3, maybe a little smoother even.

Really enjoyable so far.
I seem to crash during map change on MP =/
Also have missing sounds on certain maps. Hope they sort that out.
Biggest irk I have is the server resets/disconnect/flush thing

Don't know why they did away with faction specific weapons, that was kind of cool.
Russians and their AKs, USA with their M's and Chinese with their bullpops.

Alao enjoying it although i have played only a handful of multiplayer. My setup is also performing better than expected. Pushing 71 fps consistently @ 1920x1080 on a i5 2500k and amd 7850

My game runs smoothly on high except for one small problem... my CPU gets too hot after 15 minutes XD. Guess I better lower the settings a bit XD

After posting that, mine also started crashing but then I noticed it was because the queuing system was messed up.
Really enjoying the game but holy crap its buggy lol

Have the servers been crashing a lot today? I'm not really keen to jump back in until that's been sorted. It was really bad yesterday, especially losing progress as well :(

Currently it's almost impossible for me to play, usually the game hangs around 15min in.Sometimes i can play for 2 hours without any problems.

Damn, I'm jealous. I wish my graphics looked like that. I desperately need to replace my Core2Duo and get that 2nd gen mobo going.

It actually looks better haha.

Shadowplays saves it as .mp4 but the file size was 2.1GB so I formatted it to .mp4 but a lower quality and it dropped to 700MB.
