I feel the same, I have to wait now for it to update :/
My update also keeps stopping, I have to pause and unpause it to continue...

a tip for those who dont updade at home.

I update my BF4 at work and then copy the BF4 folder from my laptop to my home PC. But this update and the update before, even if I deleted the dir on my home PC and copied over the updated BF4, the game would still download the entire update, no matter how many times you repair.

So what I did was to open regedit, delete all instances (obviously after making a backup first) of Battlefield 4, and installing the game again from within Origin. It didnt pick up the existing and updated game files right away and started to download again. I simply stopped it and did a repair.

Good deed for the day done, now hide away you 18+ daughters! "whistling: :D

Why don't you update at home? Seems like a lot of trouble for nothing.
 
Played some too last night.....had a horrible time....can I blame Dice for my shocking lack of skill? :o

Plus I had some sound issues on two maps, couldn't hear my own weapon and only some of the enemy fire and sounds around me.
 
I played on Your Face last night.... was one of the better servers.

The BmW guys have to mod their server settings, I keep getting auto-balanced out of my squad... :(
 
Hi guys, just got my new pc and bf4 and the game looks and plays amazing, but I suck. What is the easiest class to start off with? Hope to see some of you on the servers.
 
Not me, I'm still going to get premium. Bugs is a pain in the behind, but they'll get it sorted. Not an excuse for their buggy software but the game is awesome.
 
I must say I have been playing the past week with no crashes might be the patches or my new rig, at least they are working on the game. Still not happy it took so long....
