Official Battlefield 4 Thread

I don't know what the heck I'm doing wrong or if I'm blind as a bat, but I cannot find the ACE 23 in my gun selection list?? I've got the ACE 21, the ACE 52....but no ACE 23 anywhere!?

Dayum! You play plenty more than I do, Add me on Origin (Also, StuntZA) wouldn't mind gaming with you guys. I solo most days.

On the "unlock" screen, it's on the same row as the AK12.
You have to unlock the ACE23 via an assignment.

Ace23 is an assault gun, so look under those guns. The 21 and 52 are carbines.

Yeah, its a great gun, pretty quick and easy to use for sure.

I had a awesome sniper round on Dawnbreaker Obliteration. I'm not a fan of sniping even though I find it a very necessary tool on the BF, but having been pwned endlessly by campers I needed to join in ton the fun. I think I went 17 - 3. Had a blast! 1-Stared my M40 even :D

Ah damn. I'm exclusively Xbox for Bf4, had Bf3 on PC and Xbox though.

I actually remember playing against your fellow OAP mates Styx and Fivestar and I think a couple more (they were a full squad of 4) in BF3 days. They were the first lot who I showed me first hand the value of playing in a squad and sticking together - I'll never forget it.

I got absolutely smashed by them this one time on Tehran Hway. I might take down one or two if I'm lucky, but the third and fourth would kill me and revive the rest. It was ridiculous, and I was so envious of their team play for a long time after that. Playing solo is just not fun.
 
I have, I thought I would love it, but meh...

I play BF4 like I played Quake 3... run into battle!!!!!

I hate it when I just casually stroll on a beach, and then getting sniped by some dude lying on top of a building... 600 meters away.

Oh yeah, Desperado Snipers are so lame :D:D:D The guys who try and use a DMR like an assault rifle :D pew pew pew pew pew pew pew........ lol

Yeah, OAP has moved to Next_gen now, 90% on PS4 and a few of us on PC until we can afford a console :)

well i must say i'm a sniper and i love my ssr61 but these wanna be snipers with their sks's and mk mod11's jsut piss me off sometimes
 
I do like playing with DMR's, i absolutely love my scar h sv and also the ace sv. I do believe the dmrs need a little buff in terms of damage drop-off.

Anybody play a lot with the mtar?
