Official Battlefield 4 Thread

Ok patch is live and it's not that big 1.16GB and no origin doesn't auto update i ran the game through the browser and it told me there was an update. So running it now. will prolly be done when i wake up but i can only play sat again :( working Night shift whole week

Will get feedback from you guys of how the patch has made brokenfield 4 even more broken :p

That sucks alot... then I'll have to ask my buddy to start my update once he gets home then it should be done by the time I'm home tonight. 10mb line FTW, however with Telkom being so broken I don't even know if it'll be done.

EDIT: Mine did start automatically yay \:D/

Origin says my update is 5GB!? Haibo!

Cool, will update tonight. Hope it helps with the performance issue I am having. But looks like a nice bunch of fixes, happy to see DICE working so hard on it. Hope it doesnt give as many issues to ppl as some previous patches did. Miss playing Battlefield.

So whenever I try to load up Battlelog, I get a "Server not found" error.

Any ideas? Everything else works fine.

Seems when I go onto ea.com I get the same issue.

Think they might be running maintenance otherwise close your origin and close punkbuster close browser en log in again
 
Whats with all those battle packs :p Also the game is a shit tone better than it was. Actually hit things I aimed at :p
 
Its been a while since I've played any PC game. Last was BF3 when that first came out. It kept me busy for a few months and I got bored.

I'm itching for something similar but the only game that appeals to me is BF4 because of my love for the BF series. I was huge into 2142, BF 2 and Bad Company. Is it too late to pick up BF4? What I mean is that I stopped playing BF3 for about 6 months. When I came back to it, everyone had become amazing at the game. I couldn't move more than 100m in a tank without being destroyed by some dude in a jet. It just wasn't fun anymore.

Thoughts?

So I ended up buying the game from Incredible for R199. Get home, start the install process, input the CD Key and it says "Product Key has already been used". Had to go back to IC for a new key. What a mission.
