Official Call of Duty Ghosts Thread

Ghosts was the biggest gaming disappointment for me last year. I am a HUGE CoD fan, I have bought and played them all at release but non have failed as hard as Ghosts has for me. I just can't bring myself to play it anymore :(

The only great thing about Ghosts is the sniping. The sniping is Ghosts is beyond fantastic, it's the best sniping in any FPS out there imo. That still couldn't save Ghosts for me though :(. God I wish they would design a new fucking engine already.

I hope we see a Treyarch CoD next year, those guys know how to create a fantastic FPS :love:

I'm still playing the campaign..don't actually feel like finishing it,I more want to play online.
 
Online sucks. My game lags on my 7970 (when on completely low graphics) and the map structuring is overall terrible. Waste of my money
 
The pc version of ghosts sucks balls there engine needs a total overhaul still using parts of the quake 3 engine.Serious bottle necking going on that,s why it judders.

Well as of this month pcformat rates bf4 better than call of duty ghosts... sooo

It's understandable why some people prefer BF4 to COD ghosts,the maps are bigger and there are a large assortment of vehicles to choose from.
Plus the map layouts and designs are awesome,being able to parachute from great heights and all that.

BF4 is meant for long distance combat and mid range, where as COD is up close and personal.

Everyone has their preference.
 
Was just getting the hang of it and getting my kill death ratio up and then it killed my ps3 blu-ray drive, just had a 27-3 round when my ps3 bit it right after the match.
 
Oh my goodness!!!

The amount of lag I was getting tonight was ridiculous,I was boucing all over the place and just kept dying.Bloody Telkom.

Bit of a late response to this, the one of the reasons Ghosts failed as a CoD was due to it's nonsensical larger maps. Ghosts doesn't know if it's CoD or a BF/CoD hybrid.

But I do love the news that CoD will be getting three year development cycles! I'm a tad bit disappointed that the next CoD is not a Treyarch installment, but I am excited to see what Sledgehammer delivers :D

I will make a list of everything that is wrong with the game when I have some time.
