It is the servers getting overloaded by the Americans it will be really bad this weekend but actually I thought that the launch has gone really smoothly no major blowouts yet.

Most of us here on the forums are playing on PS4. I think I've seen one or two posts about people getting it for X360, and I have two people in our offices that have it on X360. Though no offence to them, it would be an insult to get it on previous gen.

I don't know anyone with a PS3 version.

Like their Grimoire acheivements, it's bladdy in depth this game!

Ok,so if I pre-order,it''l cost me like what R679 with a btgames card(10% off).

Then if I trade in say 3 games,that's how much % off?

If you have an advantage card you get your 10% off, if you trade in 3 games you get an extra 10% trade in value (that is valid until the 14th of September). So you will get the value of your trade in +10% then they will give you a 10% discount.

AFAIK, if you order online you get a bit of a discount already but you can still ask if the Advantage price is cheaper than the pre-order price, they can always check for you when they ring it up.

Strange, I was playing from 5pm till just after 7pm. Sometimes even afc (no keyboard :P) and didn't get kicked out once, but last night yes. The only thing that did happen was get killed while looking on from the kitchen =P

But too tired to continue tonight, what classes are you guys playing?

I started with Titan last night, tried Hunter tonight and probably try Warlock tomorrow. Just to get a feel of which class I want to invest in.

I also got removed from the game world constantly this morning. I had some time before work so I wanted to explore a little bit, but I must have been disconnected 4 times I about 20 minutes.

I've been playing for a bit now and everything seems fine. Started with a Hunter last night, but I decided to make a Titan tonight.

It seems to be a common problem, my errors bounced between Centipede (NAT problem) and Impala (general network problems), as far as I could tell it was not on my side.

I managed to come right eventually for about an hour then I got DC'ed and decided to rather watch anime instead of constantly trying. From what I played it's super smooth and the combat reminds me a bit of borderlands.

I had a Titan in the Beta, their super charge is probably the best for pve, ground slam a ton of enemies and watch the bodies fly! :D
 
Yeah I'm still being disconnected, going to leave it for a week and play diablo 3 while things calm down a bit. Playing warlock.

it seems Destiny is having some major issues with connection.Is this on all platforms?

That is weird I played a lot last night and had one disconnect.This is a warning to mobile users it uses a lot of cap but damn is it addictive and it looks damn good.
 
Well, putting things in perspective... BF uses approx 80mb/hour.

Not Destiny is an online persistent world and game and we know it uses loads of data, so take from that what you will.

Battlefield 4 is particularly heavy on data, so if it's comparable to that, then it's alright.
