Surely he is allowed to post, but he will be excluded from the comp. The rules do say "spamming your way to 20 posts will get you disqualified" not banned :)

I would write him a PM stating how upset I am with him :)

Spamming short stupid messages like "thats cool" or "I like this" will get you disqualified. Spamming thread, alive or long dead, with "hahahaha" and resurrecting threads from 2010/09 gets you banned.
