Online specials: Steam, Greenman Gaming, GamersGate, etc

it's just..... dumb

Yeah it got some decent reviews, plus it's only R37, so no big loss if I hate it.

I thought Grow Home was great, enough that I even 100% completed it; got all the achievements and whatnot. They just did a new update last week as well, and added Linux and Mac support, so it's a good time to give it a go ;)

I can see why some people say that it's dumb, but if you just want a game to relax with, Grow Home is perfect. Climb up your phallus plant, shoot your star sprite everywhere and enjoy the chunky scenery. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Spam them on twitter and email, it's the only way we're going to get a response. Posting on the steam forums or creating a support ticket with Valve won't help, they're not the ones in charge. Bethesda haven't set local pricing for most of the new stores that have popped up in the last two weeks. So a bunch of folks are getting annoyed. At this point I don't know if they just forgot, because not selling their older titles in the new regions would be stupid.

If you use twitter, here's a template:

@bethesda @wolfenstein @Fallout @Dishonored @DOOM These games cannot be purchased on the new South African store. Please fix! #TakeMyMoney

A couple of gems so far (all on my wishlist, by the way):

- The Wolf Among Us: R67.25
- Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel: R163.60
- The Witcher 3: R294.50
- Banished: R54.75

Got a copy of Grandia II for R109, have a bit left over in my wallet for an india SMUP or something... Might hold onto it for winter's sale.

Great games but what if your SS got it for you? If you chose Steam. I don't know. :) I'm not buying anything until I get me presents.

That's the dilemma I'm sitting with. To make things worse, I opted for either Steam or post. So I might not even get Steam games at all! This is agony, I tells ya!
