Online specials: Steam, Greenman Gaming, GamersGate, etc

Origin is hosting a pretty awesome bundle over at humble bundle.
Dead space 1 and 3
burnout paradise
Crysis 2
Mirrors edge
Medal of honor
sims 3
battlefield 3

All their proceeds go to charity. Suddenly I find I can no longer love-to-hate EA :p

Are they doing some cleanup work? :p

EDIT: Purchased, LOL I'm such a cheapskate :o

EDIT 2: I can confirm they are all individual keys! For Origin and Steam except for Dead Space 3 and the other two 'beat the average games' (these are only on Origin)

Now that is an amazing bundle :D

Humble bundle usually add more games towards the end. it wouldn't surprise me if dead space 2 is added later.

this is HORRIBLE news.... for my wallet :(

Looks like they changed the prices after you posted :(

Bummer. Ok RF:G is now $4 and it is now $12 for everything.

Also, I see it is Kalypso weekend... But more specifically, I see Tropico Collector's bundle is on special for $10. It includes:
- Tropico 4: Steam Special Edition
- Tropico 4: Modern Times
- All DLC

My question though, how does Tropico 4 differ from Tropico 3? Is it worth getting?

From what I heard it's not really different enough to justify it. I'll rather wait for the next one.

Weekend Deal on Steam is the Red Faction Collection (80% off)
$11 for everything (RF1 - RF4 with DLC)
$2 for RF:G
$4 for RF:A + $1.4 for the DLC

Not to mention its a Kalypso weekend. Anyone management fans who haven't yet picked up tropico, nows your chance.

talking about red faction, don't you love it when you click to investigate a game for purchase and that little block comes up saying "you already own this title." Gotta know I've bought waaaay too many games recently :p

There's a discussion on steam. The graphics look a lot better and there are some cool new buildings, like a shopping mall etc. More of the same I guess, but I loved Tropico 3, so I snatched up 4 as well.

Thanks. With all the DLC included, I think I might just pick this up. With the funds in my Steam Wallet and in my Paypal account, I might just be able to get it for free. :)

I liked the first one, but I played it a very long time ago... just after I got into gaming, so somewhere between the Hitman games and Mass Effect 1. Can't remember the second one though.

I do remember them being quite bad, but bad as in "wtf did he just do"... similar to Spec Ops. The main characters make a lot of very bad choices and things pretty much keep escalating from there.
